O Analista de Customer Success na cVortex é responsável por auxiliar na gestão e acompanhamento da satisfação dos clientes, visando garantir a fidelização e o sucesso dos mesmos. Este profissional atua de forma proativa na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria e no suporte às demandas dos clientes, buscando sempre a excelência no atendimento e na entrega dos serviços.

Descrição das Atividades:

  • Configuração e Parametrização: Realizar o setup inicial e a parametrização do CRM para novos clientes (configuração de fluxos de atendimento, chatbot, URA, campos e automações).
  • Suporte Técnico Nível 1: Atender chamados e esclarecer dúvidas técnicas sobre o uso e operação da plataforma, garantindo o cumprimento dos SLAs estipulados.
  • Onboarding Técnico: Executar o processo de setup garantindo o pleno funcionamento das rotinas básicas do cliente na plataforma.
  • Treinamento e Capacitação: Conduzir sessões de treinamento didáticas com os usuários finais.
  • Garantia de Qualidade e Proatividade: Assegurar que as configurações sigam as boas práticas da empresa, identificar e reeducar proativamente clientes com dificuldades de uso, e alimentar o sistema interno com o histórico técnico de cada conta.
  • Comunicação Interna: Reportar falhas, bugs e comportamentos anômalos da plataforma ao CSL (Customer Success Lead).

Requisitos Técnicos e Comportamentais:

Requisitos Técnicos (Hard Skills):

  • Domínio completo de funcionalidades e configurações gerais de CRM voltadas ao usuário final.
  • Raciocínio lógico estruturado para criação de fluxos de chatbot e URA, com capacidade de utilizar APIs e JavaScript na entrega das soluções.

Requisitos Comportamentais (Soft Skills):

  • Paciência e empatia para orientar clientes com diferentes níveis de maturidade tecnológica.
  • Comunicação clara, didática e objetiva, tanto verbal quanto escrita.
  • Organização e boa gestão do tempo para priorizar múltiplas demandas e atendimentos simultâneos.
  • Forte orientação ao cliente, com foco em relacionamento, retenção e satisfação.
  • Proatividade para acompanhar a jornada do cliente, identificar riscos e propor soluções.
  • Capacidade analítica para interpretar indicadores e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com áreas internas.
  • Experiência com atendimento, Customer Success, implantação ou relacionamento com clientes.
  • Conhecimento em CRM e ferramentas de atendimento será um diferencial.
  • Vivência em empresas de tecnologia ou SaaS será considerada um diferencial.

  • Desejável superior completo ou cursando na área de tecnologia ou afins.
