Role Overview As a Board Member, you will provide strategic oversight, governance, and thought leadership to support the company’s growth. You will play a key role in shaping IMED Ltd’s vision, ensuring good governance, and leveraging your expertise to drive long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities Contribute to strategic planning and high-level decision-making. Provide governance oversight and ensure compliance with best practices.
