JOB BRIEF We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our client’s company operations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Communicating with the upper management to develop strategic operational goals. · Develop strategic long-range plans to achieve objectives. · Create and manage company’s fiscal operating and capital budget and expense. · Monitor operational performance of both internal and external service providers. · Provide workplace settings that are conducive to productive work. · Monitor occupant satisfaction. · Monitor performance metrics, construction, and renovation projects. · Receive and respond to approvals and notifications. · Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way. · Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices. · Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee efficiently. · Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant. · Formulate strategic and operational objectives. · Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability. · Manage budgets and forecasts. · Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs. · Recruit, train, and supervise staff. Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.
