Position Summary

Reporting to the Executive Director of Product, the Director, Audience & Offsite Products leads the development and execution of CMX's connected audience, data product, and offsite activation portfolio. This leader manages a team of PMs and partners with Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Data Science, Engineering, Measurement, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance to translate defined business priorities into scalable products and capabilities that support advertiser adoption and business growth.

The role is responsible for building audience and data products, enabling activation across managed service, self-service, marketplace, and partner-enabled models, and identifying the offsite channels and integrations needed to expand the reach and value of CMX audiences. The leader must combine strong product judgment with technical expertise across audience creation, identity resolution, onboarding, data architecture, distribution, activation, and measurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the audience, data, and offsite product portfolio and roadmap across Front Store and Pharma, translating business priorities and customer needs into scalable capabilities and prioritized investments that support advertiser adoption and business growth.
  • Oversee the development and scalability of audience and data products, partnering with Data Science and Engineering to establish the technical capabilities required for audience creation, identity resolution, distribution, activation, and measurement across managed service, self-service, marketplace, and partner-enabled models.
  • Lead offsite product expansion and partner enablement, prioritizing channels, platforms, integrations, and build-versus-partner opportunities that extend the reach and value of CMX audiences; guide validation and commercialization of new capabilities in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Embed privacy-by-design and responsible data use across the product portfolio, balancing customer value, audience quality, technical feasibility, and scalability with applicable privacy, legal, compliance, and data governance requirements, including advancing approved health-focused and healthcare professional advertising solutions.
  • Lead and develop the audience and offsite product team and drive cross-functional accountability for portfolio outcomes, establishing product ownership, goals, success measures, and lifecycle oversight while aligning stakeholders and senior leaders on priorities, tradeoffs, risks, dependencies, and resource needs.

This role is hybrid, with two or more days per week in one of our Corporate Hubs: Woonsocket, RI; Wellesley, MA; New York, NY; or Chicago, IL. We are also open to remote candidates outside of those Corporate Hubs, provided they are willing to work Eastern hours.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, AdTech, MarTech, retail media, digital advertising, data products, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling audience or data products.
  • Deep knowledge of audience creation, identity resolution, onboarding, data architecture, distribution, activation, optimization, and measurement.
  • Experience with audience and data ecosystems such as DSPs, SSPs, identity providers, onboarding partners, data marketplaces, clean rooms, CDPs, or related platforms.
  • Strong understanding of first-party data, deterministic and modeled audiences, privacy-by-design product development, and responsible data use.
  • Experience developing advertising products or capabilities for pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated environments, with knowledge of relevant privacy, legal, compliance, and governance considerations.
  • Proven ability to translate business and customer needs into technical product capabilities and to lead complex initiatives across matrixed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building identity solutions, onboarding integrations, clean-room capabilities, audience marketplaces, or partner-distributed data products.
  • Experience launching self-service, marketplace, or partner-enabled media and data products.
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical advertisers, healthcare agencies, data providers, DSPs, SSPs, or health-endemic media partners.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
