  • Lead experiences that help members find, understand, and access the right care, including provider discovery, care navigation, scheduling, and coordination across care options.
  • Own the member wellness experience, including how health information and connected-device data are integrated, interpreted, and translated into relevant and actionable experiences.
  • Develop and scale digital experiences that support longitudinal health journeys, including the product framework and guardrails for introducing new conditions, programs, and care offerings over time.
  • Establish product goals and success measures, using member insights, product performance, and business outcomes to inform roadmap priorities and ongoing optimization.
  • Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Clinical, Legal/Privacy, Operations, and business stakeholders to translate consumer and clinical needs into scalable product capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive product management experience, including experience with complex, consumer-facing digital products.
  • Demonstrated experience building and launching AI-powered, conversational AI, or agent-based products, with an understanding of how these products are tested, governed, and safely scaled.
  • Meaningful experience within healthcare, digital health, consumer health, or another highly regulated and trust-sensitive consumer environment.
  • Experience developing digital products that leverage complex consumer, clinical, or health data to create personalized and actionable experiences.
  • Experience developing consumer experiences related to care navigation, wellness, ongoing treatment, or other health management journeys.
  • Strong understanding of product considerations related to privacy, consent, safety, regulatory requirements, and the responsible use of AI and consumer data.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex product strategies and drive execution across Product, Design, Engineering, Clinical, Legal/Privacy, Operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to balance product innovation, consumer experience, technical considerations, and risk in a fast-moving environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
