Execute graphic design and data-visualization to create consistent, accessible, and brand-aligned research communications.

Lead development, content governance, and ongoing maintenance of a research-specific website and broader digital presence in partnership with Communications, Digital, Brand, Legal, Privacy, and technology stakeholders.

Establish templates, editorial standards, content workflows, quality-control processes, content calendars, and performance measures for research communications and dissemination.

Manage concurrent projects, timelines, stakeholder reviews, risks, documentation, and additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or manager.

  • Demonstrated experience developing scientific and evidence-based communications across multiple formats, including reports, briefs,

  • Experience coordinating website content development, publishing workflows, content maintenance, accessibility, and digital governance with technical and communications partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive deliverables, structured reviews, and competing stakeholder feedback across a matrixed enterprise.
  • Strong collaboration, consultation, project management, attention to detail, and verbal communication skills.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.

  • Knowledge of digital accessibility, plain-language principles, content management systems, search optimization, and digital performance analytics.
  • Experience partnering with Brand, Corporate Communications, Legal, Privacy, and external agencies or vendors.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
