  • Assist with onboarding, training, coaching, cross-training, and ongoing development of Maintenance Technicians.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for Maintenance Technicians during operational incidents, equipment failures, and emergency situations.

  • Provide input on employee performance evaluations, development opportunities, and corrective action processes when necessary.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement throughout the maintenance team.
  • Performing preventive maintenance on all building equipment.
  • Preparing Change Management Forms and Methods of Procedure (MOPs).
  • Scheduling maintenance procedures with vendors.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety procedures and use of protective equipment.
  • Responding quickly to emergency situations (fire, evacuation, equipment failure etc.) and customer concerns as needed.
  • Field emergency calls in the event of incidents related to the critical infrastructure, provide oversight and assistance on how best to remediate such incidents, and seeing all remediation efforts through to completion.
  • Participate in facilities inspections and conditions assessments, asset data validation within CMMS including schedule and task planning
  • Provide engineering oversight to the AMD Business Units at locations that are undergoing new build outs or being renovated. This includes reviewing Architectural and MEP plans for adding or upgrading new equipment, infrastructure, building improvements, and the like, interface with applicable building management and operational staff, provide technical guidance and leadership, interact with contracted labor and vendors

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
