Wat ga je doen?

In een hecht team van projectmanagers en ontwerpers werk je binnen de afdeling Project & Development Services. Deze groeiende afdeling houdt zich bezig met nieuwbouw, herontwikkeling, transformatie, opwaardering en inrichting van commercieel vastgoed.

  • Je begeleidt projecten van initiatief tot oplevering en nazorg.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers en bent hun aanspreekpunt gedurende het hele traject.
  • Je stuurt ontwerpers en adviseurs aan en bewaakt de voortgang van projecten.
  • Je levert inhoudelijke bijdragen en advies op het gebied van vastgoed en huisvesting.
  • Je krijgt de kans om je expertise verder uit te bouwen, met nadruk op casco renovaties en affiniteit met logistiek (pré).

Gewenst profiel

  • Afgeronde bouwkundige, technische of facilitaire bacheloropleiding.
  • 3–5 jaar relevante werkervaring als projectmanager in de vastgoedbranche.
  • Ervaring met of kennis van de (her)ontwikkeling van commercieel vastgoed.
  • Ervaring met casco renovaties en/of affiniteit met logistiek is een pré.
  • Ervaring met proces- en projectmanagement (ontwerpprocessen, aanbestedingen en uitvoering).
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
