직무 개요

기술 프로젝트 매니저(TDM)는 시설 관리(FM) 포트폴리오 전반의 인프라 구축, 자산 교체, 고비용의 대규모 투자 사업에 대한 거버넌스, 기획 및 실행을 총괄합니다.

FM 및 기술 운영 환경 전반을 아우르며, 위험·품질·컴플라이언스에 대한 적절한 감독권을 유지하는 동시에, 프로젝트가 안전하게, 기한 내에, 예산 범위 안에서, 그리고 고객사 및 조직의 기준에 부합하여 완수되도록 보장합니다.

또한, TDM은 프로젝트 실행을 위한 전담 역량을 제공함으로써, 시설 관리자(FM)와 기술 팀이 일상적인 운영에만 집중할 수 있도록 지원합니다. 이와 동시에, 복잡도가 높거나 리스크가 큰 작업은 체계적이고 통제된 접근 방식을 통해 철저히 관리되도록 보장하는 역할을 수행합니다.

1. 프로젝트 거버넌스 & 오너십

  • 배정된 프로젝트의 기획 단계부터 최종 완료까지 전 과정에 대한 오너십 보유 및 주도적 수행

2. 프로젝트 기획 및 실행

  • 다음을 포함한 프로젝트 세부 계획 수립 및 관리타임라인 주요 일정 및 단계별 목표 필요 자원
  • 다음 업무의 조율 및 관리인프라 업그레이드 자산 교체 프로그램 고비용 또는 고위험 작업
  • 전 단계에 걸쳐 효율적인 실행 보장기획 집행 완료

3. 협력 업체&계약 업체 관리 (프로젝트 추진 환경)

  • 프로젝트에 참여하는 협력 업체 및 계약 업체 관리
  • 다음 사항 보장명확한 업무 범위 정의 일정 준수 계약 요건 준수
  • 협력 업체 성과 모니터링 및 선제적 이슈 대응

4. 리스크 & 컴플라이언스 관리

  • 다음을 포함한 프로젝트 리스크 식별 및 관리기술적 리스크 실행 리스크 컴플라이언스 리스크
  • 모든 프로젝트가 다음 사항을 준수하도록 관리보건, 안전, 웰빙 (HSW) 기준 관련 법규 및 규제 요건 내부 거버넌스 절차

5. 재정적 관리 및 비용 통제

  • 프로젝트 예산 모니터링 및 관리
  • 다음 사항 보장프로젝트 전 단계에 걸친 비용 통제 정확한 예측 및 보고
  • 비용 리스크 및 변수 식별 및 관리

6. 이해관계자 및 고객 커뮤니케이션

  • 프로젝트 관련 사항에 대한 주요 연락 창구 역할
  • 긴밀한 협력 대상고객 이해관계자 FM팀 기술팀
  • 다음 사항 제공프로젝트 진행 현황에 대한 정기 업데이트 리스크 및 이슈에 대한 명확한 커뮤니케이션 필요시 조언

7. FM & 운영 팀과 협업

  • FM과 긴밀하게 협업하여 아래 업무 수행운영 요구사항에 맞춘 프로젝트 실행 진행 중인 현장 운영에 대한 지장 최소화
  • 기술팀과 협업하여 아래 사항 보장적절한 서비스 집행 역량 확보 유지 보수 전략과 방향성 일치

프로젝트와 관련된 모든 워크오더 및 제반 활동은 반드시 WX 헬프데스크를 통해 등록 및 추적되어야 합니다. 이는 업무 현황의 가시성을 확보하고, 현장 운영 워크플로우와 발을 맞추며, 전사적인 종합 성과 보고서에 누락 없이 통합하기 위함입니다.

8. 보고 & 성과 관리

  • 다음 항목 생성 및 관리프로젝트 현황 보고서 진행 현황 대시보드 리스크 기록
  • 다음 사항에 대한 추적 및 보고실행 주요 일정 및 단계별 목표 예산 현황 리스크 및 이슈 해결

9. 지속적인 개선

  • 개선 기회 식별프로젝트 이행 프로세스 협력 업체 성과 리스크 관리 실무 절차
  • 표준화된 프로젝트 이행 프레임워크 개발 지원
