Job Description

The valuer has to deliver independent, RICS-compliant valuations across commercial and industrial real estate, including logistics, office, retail and industrial land. You will inspect properties, gather and analyse market evidence on rents, yields and transactions, build valuation models, and draft clear, well-supported reports for lenders, investors, occupiers and corporate clients. Working closely with senior valuers and our agency and capital markets colleagues, you will help shape market insight, support business development and manage your own caseload from instruction to delivery. You hold a degree in real estate, economics, engineering or a related field, ideally have some valuation experience (or are working towards MRICS/REV), are strong with Excel and comfortable with numbers, and work well in Dutch, French and English. Above all, you are rigorous, curious about the market and keen to grow within an international team.
