Auf diese Aufgaben kannst du dich freuen

  • Proaktive telefonische Betreuung und Ansprache von Bestandskunden
  • Durchführung von Welcome Calls, Zufriedenheitsgesprächen und Follow-ups
  • Aufnahme, Dokumentation und Weitergabe von Kundenfeedback sowie Erkennung von Verbesserungspotentialen
  • Analyse von Kündigungsgründen und Identifikation von Rückgewinnungspotenzialen
  • Einsteuerung, Begleitung und Nachverfolgung von Reklamationen und Eskalationen
  • Begleitung von Kunden- und Prozessumstellungen
  • Vorstellung und Bewerbung digitaler Services sowie neuer Angebote
  • Pflege relevanter Kundenstammdaten und Gewinnung von Customer Insights
  • Enger Austausch mit Kundenservice, Serviceberatung und Außendienst

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder langjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Kundeninnendienst
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Freude an der aktiven telefonischen Kundenansprache
  • Kommunikationsstärke und verbindliches Auftreten
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
