  • External Job Description Voor CWS Workwear divisie in Lokeren zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe collega: Service Agent / Chauffeur (B of C) Wij zoeken een Service Agent om onze klanten te ontzorgen Wat ga je doen? Als Service Agent / Chauffeur ben je verantwoordelijk voor een uitstekende dienstverlening aan de klant. Je bent ons uithangbord en de meerwaarde naar de klant en vindt het belangrijk dat de klant op ieder moment ontzorgd wordt. Je start je dag met een kop koffie en het overlopen van de dagplanning. Daarna zorg je ervoor dat je al je materialen ingeladen hebt en vertrek je naar de klanten die je die dag zal verzorgen. - Je brengt onze producten dagelijks naar de klant zoals een chauffeur, maar doet ook de service bij de klant, je bent het gezicht van ons bedrijf; - Dagelijks draag je er zorg voor dat klanten over de nodige middelen en informatie beschikken om aan hun eisen rond bedrijfskleding te voldoen; - Je laadt en lost de benodigde materialen (werkkleding) en bezorgt ze op de gevraagde manier. Bijvoorbeeld door ze meteen in de lockers van de medewerkers te plaatsen; Wat neem je mee?
