O tamanho do seu desafioResponsabilidades e atribuições - Implementar, manter e disseminar a estratégia de observabilidade usando Datadog (APM, métricas, logs, RUM, synthetics), definindo padrões de instrumentação e garantindo visibilidade em tempo real da saúde dos serviços.- Construir e manter pipelines de CI/CD em GitHub Actions, promovendo automação do ambiente de Observabilidade desde testes até deploy em múltiplos ambientes (dev, staging, produção).- Modelar e provisionar infraestrutura em AWS como código (Terraform, CloudFormation ou Crossplane), garantindo reprodutibilidade, versionamento e compliance.- Trabalhar lado a lado com as equipes de desenvolvimento e engenharia para avaliar a qualidade e a performance das aplicações, utilizando tracing, profiling e testes de carga para identificar gargalos e sugerir otimizações que reduzam latência, consumo de recursos e custos.- Apoiar na definção e acompanhar SLIs, SLOs e SLAs, criando painéis e alertas acionáveis que ajudem a equipe a manter e melhorar a confiabilidade dos serviços.- Participar e ajudar a evoluir práticas de Incident Response e Post-Mortem, promovendo cultura de aprendizado contínuo e mitigação de falhas.- Colaborar com especialistas da equipe de Infraestrutura, unificando métricas e criando uma visão holística do ecossistema.- Automatizar tarefas operacionais (Python, Bash ou PowerShell) e implementar controles de segurança (least privilege, criptografia, segmentação) em todos os pipelines.- Elaborar e manter documentação viva (runbooks, diagramas de arquitetura, playbooks de incidentes) através do Confluence para facilitar escalabilidade e onboarding.

Requisitos e qualificações Certificações: Datadog (Dashboards & Monitors, APM), AWS (SAA, SysOps) ou Kubernetes CKA/CKAD. - Experiência com outras ferramentas de observabilidade (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry), tracing distribuído e otimização de desempenho. - Vivência com Kubernetes/EKS, Service Mesh (Istio, Linkerd) e arquiteturas de microsserviços. - Conhecimento de práticas de FinOps e governança em nuvem, com foco em visibilidade e otimização de custos. - Práticas de Security as Code (OPA, HashiCorp Vault, AWS KMS) integradas aos pipelines de CI/CD.
