O(A) Analista de Suporte Júnior - Command Center será responsável pelo monitoramento pró-ativo da infraestrutura, sistemas e aplicações críticas da empresa, atuando na identificação precoce de incidentes e no acionamento das equipes responsáveis.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMonitoramento Ativo: Acompanhar dashboards, ferramentas de monitoramento (APM, infraestrutura e redes) e alertas em tempo real para identificar anomalias ou indisponibilidades.Tiragem e Triagem (Triage): Realizar a qualificação inicial dos alertas e chamados, determinando a severidade e o impacto para o negócio.Acionamento e Escalonamento: Acionar os times de plantão (on-call) e especialistas de N2/N3 conforme os procedimentos operacionais padrão (SOPs) e matrizes de escalonamento.Gestão de Incidentes (War Rooms): Apoiar na abertura, condução e documentação de salas de crise (War Rooms) durante incidentes críticos, garantindo a comunicação fluida entre as áreas técnicas e de negócios.Registro e Documentação: Registrar detalhadamente todos os eventos, incidentes e ações tomadas nas ferramentas de ITSM (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.).Melhoria Contínua: Contribuir para a atualização da base de conhecimento (Runbooks e Playbooks) e sugerir melhorias nos limites e regras de alertas para reduzir alarmes falsos (noise reduction).

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em áreas tecnológicas (Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação, Redes de Computadores ou equivalentes).Experiência: Vivência anterior em suporte técnico de TI (Help Desk / Service Desk) ou em ambientes de monitoramento/NOC/Command Center.Redes e Infraestrutura: Conhecimentos básicos de redes de computadores (modelo OSI, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).Sistemas Operacionais: Familiaridade com sistemas operacionais Windows Server e Linux (comandos básicos de navegação e troubleshooting).Ferramentas de Monitoramento: Noções de ferramentas de observabilidade e monitoramento (ex: Zabbix, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic ou similares).Disponibilidade: Flexibilidade para atuar em modelo de escala (24x7, se aplicável ao seu modelo de negócio).
