Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar análises estratégicas de dados digitais, gerando insights acionáveis para apoiar a tomada de decisão.
  • Atuar como referência técnica em iniciativas de Analytics e mensuração digital.
  • Conduzir e apoiar a migração do Google Analytics para Amplitude, garantindo consistência, governança e confiabilidade dos dados.
  • Estruturar, validar e evoluir mapas de métricas, eventos e indicadores de performance.
  • Desenvolver dashboards executivos e análises avançadas para acompanhamento de indicadores de negócio e produto.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com times multidisciplinares, traduzindo necessidades de negócio em soluções analíticas.
  • Garantir a qualidade, integridade e rastreabilidade dos dados utilizados nas análises.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua na estratégia de mensuração e no uso de dados.
  • Influenciar decisões estratégicas por meio de storytelling analítico e visão orientada a dados.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência sólida como Analista de Dados Sênior, Analytics Engineer ou em posições correlatas.
  • Domínio avançado de SQL e análise de dados.
  • Forte experiência com Google Analytics, BigQuery e Looker Studio.
  • Vivência com métricas de produto, comportamento digital, funis, jornadas e análise de eventos.
  • Experiência na construção de dashboards executivos e relatórios analíticos.
  • Conhecimento em governança de dados e definição de KPIs estratégicos.
  • Experiência em ambientes complexos, com múltiplos stakeholders.
  • Comunicação executiva, capacidade de influência e habilidade para traduzir análises em recomendações de negócio.
  • Autonomia na tomada de decisão, perfil consultivo e forte visão estratégica.
  • Pensamento crítico, proatividade, senso de dono e capacidade de priorizar demandas estratégicas.
  • Facilidade para atuar de forma colaborativa com áreas técnicas e de negócio.

Diferenciais:

  • Conhecimento em implementação, modelagem e utilização da ferramenta Amplitude.
  • Experiência em projetos de migração de ferramentas de Analytics.
  • Vivência em empresas de grande porte ou ambientes de alta complexidade.
  • Conhecimento em Product Analytics.
  • Experiência com Data Visualization e storytelling com dados.
  • Vivência com metodologias ágeis e times orientados a produto.
