Estamos ampliando nossa equipe e buscamos um(a) Analista de Testes Automatizados Sênior para planejar, desenvolver e executar testes automatizados, garantindo a qualidade, confiabilidade e desempenho das soluções. Procuramos um profissional com sólida experiência em automação, capaz de estruturar frameworks do zero, definir estratégias de testes e atuar tecnicamente na evolução da qualidade dos produtos.

Embora o foco seja automação, é imprescindível possuir experiência em testes manuais, assegurando a qualidade das entregas sempre que a automação ainda não estiver disponível.

Responsabilidade

  • Definir estratégias de automação alinhadas aos objetivos do negócio.
  • Criar automações para validação de diferentes cenários e estruturar a automação do zero.
  • Executar testes automatizados e manuais (funcionais, exploratórios e regressivos).
  • Integrar automações aos pipelines de CI/CD e ambientes cloud.
  • Analisar riscos, identificar falhas e propor melhorias contínuas nos processos de QA.
  • Utilizar os bugs encontrados, inclusive em produção, para ampliar a cobertura dos testes regressivos e automatizados.

Requisitos

  • Experiência avançada com Java, Python, Selenium, Appium ou tecnologias equivalentes.
  • Conhecimento em DevOps, CI/CD (Jenkins, CircleCI), Kubernetes, Terraform e Ansible.
  • Experiência com testes de performance, segurança e usabilidade.
  • Vivência em criação de automações para diferentes cenários de negócio.
  • Experiência sólida em testes manuais.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas à automação de testes.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas e processos da Porto Seguro.
  • Capacidade de atuar como referência técnica em QA.
  • Contribuir com a estratégia e criação/evolução de frameworks

Diferenciais

  • Inteligência Artificial e Machine Learning aplicados a testes.
  • Certificações ISTQB, CSTE ou similares.
  • Experiência com microserviços, arquiteturas distribuídas, serverless e cloud-native.
  • Experiência na implantação de automação de testes em ambientes sem automação prévia.
