Jeśli lubisz kontakt z ludźmi i dobrze odnajdujesz się w tematach związanych z hostingiem - to może być miejsce właśnie dla Ciebie. Na co dzień będziesz odpowiadać na pytania klientów przez maila, czat i telefon, pomagając im sprawnie rozwiązywać problemy i w pełni korzystać z naszych usług.

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Świadczenie wsparcia technicznego dla Klientów (poprzez czat, e-mail oraz telefon) w zakresie domen, usług hostingowych, poczty i stron WWW.
  • Diagnozowanie i rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych — np. weryfikacja przyczyn błędów po aktualizacji wtyczek na WordPressie czy analiza powodów trafiania wiadomości e-mail do folderu SPAM.
  • Praca z konsolą systemu Linux w celu analizy logów serwerowych i identyfikacji usterek.
  • Przekazywanie zawiłych informacji technicznych w sposób prosty, zrozumiały i wyrozumiały — w duchu kultury empatii oraz szacunku do Klienta.

Co jest dla nas ważne?

  • Praca w modelu hybrydowym: minimum 2 dni w tygodniu z biura w jednej z naszych lokalizacji (Poznań, Gdynia, Kraków, Rzeszów).
  • Gotowość do pracy zmianowej, nocnej oraz w weekendy i święta.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość popularnych systemów CMS takich jak WordPress i PrestaShop.
  • Wiedza z zakresu hostingu, domen, certyfikatów SSL, baz danych MySQL.
  • Znajomość podstaw systemu Linux i swoboda w poruszaniu się po terminalu/konsoli.
  • Dobra znajomość protokołów HTTP, DNS, SMTP, POP3, IMAP, FTP, SSH.
  • Wysoka kultura osobista, empatia oraz nastawienie na profesjonalną pomoc Klientowi.
  • Doświadczenie w kontakcie z Klientem.
  • Odpowiedzialność za powierzone zadania oraz umiejętność samodzielnego rozwiązywania problemów.
  • Chęć do nauki i rozwoju.

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie w pracy z systemami zgłoszeniowymi (ticketowymi).
  • Praktyka przy własnych projektach webmasterskich lub domowych środowiskach serwerowych.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z panelem WHMCS.
  • Zainteresowanie tematyką AI.
  • Znajomość dowolnego języka programowani.
