Position: Cybersecurity Recruiter (Experienced)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top cybersecurity professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity roles, excellent sourcing skills, and experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for cybersecurity positions.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of cybersecurity talent.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate offers and support onboarding activities.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Stay informed about cybersecurity hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for cybersecurity or IT security roles.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains such as Network Security, Cloud Security, SOC, IAM, GRC, Application Security, DevSecOps, Penetration Testing, Incident Response, and Threat Intelligence.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and major job portals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for government, consulting, or enterprise cybersecurity teams.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, CISM, or CCSP.
  • Experience with Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive candidate sourcing.
