Front Office Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)

Das erwartet dich

  • Empfang und professionelle Betreuung von Gästen, Kunden und Geschäftspartnern
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Organisation und Koordination von Terminen und Besprechungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Unternehmensveranstaltungen
  • Bearbeitung der Ein- und Ausgangspost
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei organisatorischen und administrativen Tätigkeiten
  • Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit aller erforderlichen Bürobedarfe

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung im Empfangs- oder Front Office Bereich
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)
  • Freude an einem abwechslungsreichen und bewegungsreichen Arbeitsalltag
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Freundliches, serviceorientiertes Auftreten und Organisationstalent
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Diskretion
