Senior Project Manager Realisierung PV-Freiflächen- und Windparks (m/w/d)

Das erwartet dich

  • Gesamtverantwortung für PV-Freiflächen- und/oder Onshore-Wind und Repowering-Projekte in Deutschland nach Erhalt der Genehmigung bis zur Abnahme
  • Verantwortung für Zeitplan und Projektcontrolling
  • Steuerung aller Auftragnehmer und Projektpartner sowie Koordination der internen Stakeholder
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Genehmigungsauflagen
  • Steuerung der Due Diligence für die Finanzierung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Beschaffung und Verhandlung von Errichtungsverträgen
  • Übergabe der realisierten Projekte an die Betriebsabteilungen mit vollständiger Dokumentation
  • Integration von Speicherkonzepten in die Realisierung unserer Energieparks

Das bringst du mit

  • Mindestens sechs Jahre Erfahrung als Projektmanager für Utility-Scale Freiflächen-PV-Projekte und/oder Onshore-Windparks, idealerweise auf Entwicklerseite
  • Alternativ mindestens zehn Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement bei der Realisierung großer Immobilien- oder komplexer Infrastrukturprojekte
  • Nachweisbare Verantwortung für mehrere PV- und/oder Windparks bis zur Inbetriebnahme und Abnahme
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Projektcontrolling mit Verantwortung für Budget, Termine, Forecasts und Reporting
  • Erfahrung mit Due-Diligence-Prozessen im Rahmen von Fremdfinanzierungen
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine strukturierte, verbindliche und kritisch denkende Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf mindestens C1-Niveau sowie Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau und Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen zu Projektstandorten
