Are you ready to bring content to life and shape stories that matter?

At Cycle Pharma, we’re looking for a Copywriter to join our growing marketing department. The successful candidate will be confident at turning complex ideas into clear, compelling communications that inspire healthcare providers and patients alike. As a creative leader in our marketing team, you’ll craft impactful content that drives our mission forward ensuring every word resonates, connects, and makes a difference.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Cycle Vita (Patient support hub) and Project Management. You’ll also work closely with external partners such as distributors, patient groups, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and creative agencies.

Our Company

At Cycle, we believe that Every Single Patient Matters. This is at the heart of why we work and were looking for people to join our team who share our vision. We know that life-changing treatments need life-improving product support to match, because when you put the two together, great things can happen.

Our growing portfolio is across oncology, haematology, rare metabolic, neurology and immunology. We improve existing drugs, repurpose them for new uses and bring generics back to market. Using cutting-edge drug delivery technologies, we enhance the efficiency of treatments, offering patients greater freedom and choice.

Headquartered in Cambridge, UK, with a significant US presence, Cycle has scaled rapidly and was named one of the UK’s fastest-growing private companies by The Sunday Times (Sunday Times 100 2024 & Sunday Times 100 Tech 2025). What you’ll be doing in this role:

  • Create and refresh engaging marketing content for product launches and existing marketing material across neurology and oncology. This would also include websites, brochures, press releases, emails and digital adverts.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, brand-aligned, and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Manage marketing communications plans, delivering consistent messaging across channels.
  • Support product launches and cross-functional campaigns with innovative communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams and external partners to drive timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Ensure all content meets accessibility and compliance requirements, resolving any issues proactively.
  • Support the review and approval of promotional materials, including FDA 2253 submissions.
  • Support and mentor junior colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity and best practice sharing.
  • Manage deadlines and prioritise workload independently and in line with business priorities.

The following skills and experience will be important in helping to set you up to succeed and thrive in this role:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent; CIM/CAM qualification or relevant industry experience.
  • Proven experience in marketing or communications, ideally within pharma, biotech, medical devices, or healthcare.
  • Strong scientific literacy with the ability to quickly understand new therapeutic areas and products.
  • A confident copywriter who is able to produce clear, compelling content with minimal editing.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and able to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Desirable skills but by no means essential:

  • Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats or similar approval systems.
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations or equivalent regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience with FDA submission processes (e.g., 2253 filings).

What can we offer to you:

In addition to being part of a great team and doing things that will make a real difference to patients’ lives, you will enjoy all the benefits that brings:

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • A collaborative high performing work environment
  • Performance based bonus
  • Opportunity to join a fast growing and ambitious business
  • Company pension scheme
  • 100% employer paid membership for Private Health Insurance
  • Life and Critical Illness Insurance
  • Corporate Gym membership
  • Regular team building events and an agile working environment
  • Core working hours of 10am - 4pm

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
