About the Job:

Engagement Lead, IAM Managed Services, is responsible for leading the delivery and operational excellence of Identity and Access Management (IAM) services for our clients. This role combines technical leadership, client engagement, service management, and team development to ensure high-quality service delivery, adherence to SLAs/KPIs, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, lead a team of IAM professionals, drive operational excellence, proactively manage risks, and support business growth through technical expertise and customer-focused leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading the delivery and operational management of IAM/PAM Managed Services, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership across Idira (CyberArk) PAM, EPM and Secrets Manager (Conjur).
  • Design scalable and secure PAM, EPM and Secrets Management solutions across enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, applications, DevOps pipelines, containers, and Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.
  • Lead, mentor and support a team of IAM professionals, fostering accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing service delivery, stakeholder communications, escalations, and governance activities.
  • Lead Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive measures.
  • Manage platform upgrades, patching, maintenance, capacity planning, performance optimization, and HA/DR readiness.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly service reviews, presenting operational metrics, KPIs, trends, and improvement recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Drive service improvements through process optimization, automation initiatives, and operational excellence programs.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to customers, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
  • Provide operational support within a 24x7 managed services environment and participate in on-call rotations for critical incidents.

Requirments

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IAM/PAM operations, managed services, or a similar leadership role.
  • Hands-on Managed Services experience with Idira (CyberArk) PAM, EPM, and Secrets Manager (Conjur).
  • Experience gathering customer requirements and collaborating with solution architects to design IAM/PAM solutions.
  • Experience with Remote Access (Alero), Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA), Secure Web Sessions (SWS), Workforce Password Management (WPM), HTML5GW and related Idira (CyberArk) platform solutions.
  • Experience integrating Conjur with DevOps and automation tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Kubernetes, OpenShift, GitHub, and Terraform.
  • Experience supporting client engagements, including scope definition, delivery planning and resource management.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM, PAM, and Secrets Management technologies and industry best practices.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex issues and drive timely resolution.
  • Strong documentation skills, including technical configurations, operational procedures, and runbooks.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering customer-focused outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
  • Preferred certifications: Idira (CyberArk) CDE-PAM, CDE-CPC, CDE-EPM, and CDE-DevSecOps
  • Knowledge and experience in Machine Identity and Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM).
  • Knowledge and experience in BeyondTrust (PasswordSafe)
  • Knowledge and experience in Delinea Platform (SecretServer)
