Deine Aufgaben

Gestalte den Aufbau der nächsten Generation von Batterierecyclinganlagen mit:

  • Du unterstützt das Operations-Team bei der Planung und Umsetzung neuer cylib-Standorte – von der Vorbereitung von Plänen über die Meilensteinverfolgung bis zur Nachverfolgung offener Punkte.
  • Du bereitest Präsentationen, Meeting-Agenden und weitere Management-Unterlagen für die Geschäftsführung und das C-Level vor.

Verbinde Kreislaufwirtschaft mit Operational Excellence:

  • Du sammelst, strukturierst und analysierst operative Daten aus der Produktion und dem Standortbetrieb.
  • Du entwickelst Ansätze zur Optimierung von Produktionskennzahlen und hilfst dabei, Verbesserungspotenziale zu identifizieren.
  • Du trägst dazu bei, Ziele der Kreislaufwirtschaft mit Operational Excellence zu verbinden und effiziente sowie ressourcenschonende Produktionsprozesse weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du erstellst, pflegst und verbesserst Prozessdokumentationen, Standardarbeitsanweisungen und Arbeitsanweisungen.
  • Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, um operative Prozesse, das Reporting und unsere Arbeitsweisen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Dein Profil

  • Du studierst aktuell Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Business Engineering oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Idealerweise bringst du erste praktische oder akademische Erfahrungen in der Produktion, Operational Excellence oder Prozessoptimierung mit – beispielsweise durch ein Praktikum.
  • Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere in Excel und PowerPoint.
  • Du interessierst dich für Batterierecycling, industrielle Produktion oder die Prozessindustrie.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und selbstständig und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Aufgaben den Überblick.
  • Du arbeitest gerne mit operativen Daten und leitest daraus konkrete Verbesserungspotenziale für die Praxis ab.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Englisch; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Du kannst uns für mindestens sechs Monate mit 12–20 Stunden pro Woche unterstützen und bist bereit, gelegentlich zu reisen.
