About The Role

We’re looking for a technically oriented Pre-Sales Technical Engineer Intern to join our Pre-Sales Engineering team. You’ll support hands-on technical work — preparing demo and POC environments, maintaining our hardware sizing tools, and coordinating with engineering teams to keep pre-sales systems aligned with the latest platform capabilities.

Successful interns may be offered a full-time permanent position at cynapse.ai at the end of the internship period. ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and test demo and POC environments for customer engagements
  • Maintain and update our hardware sizing calculator based on technical changes from CV and DevOps teams
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand platform updates and reflect them in pre-sales tools and documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Comfortable with hands-on technical work — system setup, testing, troubleshooting
  • Proficient in Excel (formulas, logic, data validation)
  • Basic understanding of system architecture (servers, GPUs, storage, networking)
  • Familiarity with Linux command line
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills — able to work across teams

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Docker or containerized environments
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML inference or GPU computing
  • Experience with video systems or CCTV
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Internship Details

  • Duration: Minimum 6 months
  • Commitment: 4–5 days per week (Preferably 5 days per week)
  • Location: Singapore-based.
