Responsabilidades e atribuições🎯 O que espera por você no seu dia a dia: Analisar projetos e documentos, verificando requisitos ambientais e regulatórios;Pesquisar e acompanhar mudanças na legislação ambiental que possam impactar os empreendimentos;Apoiar a homologação de fornecedores e a avaliação de serviços da área;Interagir com áreas internas e participar de reuniões com técnicos de órgãos públicos;Conferir licenças e acompanhar seus prazos de validade;Realizar visitas técnicas às obras, observando a aplicação dos projetos, das normas e dos processos ambientais;Manter registros atualizados, apoiar o controle de prazos e preparar relatórios sobre as demandas da área;Apoiar as obras na elaboração do RIA para obtenção do habite-se;Contribuir com auditorias relacionadas à ISO 14001 e promover a conscientização ambiental na sede e nas obras.Requisitos e qualificações🔎 O que esperamos de você:Graduação em Engenharia Ambiental, Engenharia Florestal, Biologia ou áreas correlatas;Pelo menos 1 ano de experiência em atividades relacionadas ao Meio Ambiente ou em área técnica de empresas do setor imobiliário;Conhecimento em legislação ambiental, análise documental, princípios de gestão de projetos e normas técnicas aplicáveis ao setor;Comunicação clara, organização, proatividade e atenção aos detalhes;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e habilidade de negociação.
