Au sein de l'équipe Infrastructure Support, vous assurez, maintenez et faites évoluer la planification, la mise à l'échelle et l'exploitation des couches matérielles, systèmes, réseaux et datacenters de nos infrastructures Cloud. Votre mission principale ? Être le partenaire privilégié des équipes techniques pour les guider vers l'excellence operationalle, la résilience et la performance.

🛠️ PRINCIPALES MISSIONS

1. Exploitation, Automatisation & Résilience

  • CI/CD & Automatisation : Garantir et automatiser les déploiements ainsi que les processus de gestion d'environnements.
  • Évolutivité & Performance : Déployer les outils qui assurent la stabilité et la scalabilité des environnements de production pour soutenir la croissance de D-EDGE.
  • Supervision & Incidents : Organiser la gestion des alertes, maintenir et faire évoluer la chaîne de monitoring/logging, et participer aux astreintes.
  • Documentation & Veille : Rédiger, diffuser la documentation technique et maintenir une veille constante sur les technologies Cloud, réseaux et outils IA.

2. Usage de l'IA au quotidien (IA-Native Infrastructure)

  • Utiliser au quotidien Claude et Claude Code pour automatiser et accélérer l'exploitation.
  • Créer, maintenir et partager des Skills d'équipe adaptés à nos pratiques d'ingénierie.
  • Connecter et utiliser des serveurs MCP (Model Context Protocol) aux outils internes.
  • Participer à la gouvernance des plugins et connecteurs IA de l'équipe.

🎓 PROFIL & COMPETENCES

  • Formation & Expérience : 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en infrastructure, DevOps ou SRE.
  • Anglais : Niveau B2 (lu, parlé, écrit) pour évoluer dans un contexte international.
  • Cloud Public : AWS et/ou Microsoft Azure.
  • CI/CD & IaC : GitLab, Ansible, Terraform, Puppet ou Jenkins.
  • Systèmes & Serveurs : Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, Apache, PHP, Node.js) et/ou Microsoft (Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, .NET).
  • Supervision & Observabilité : Grafana, CloudWatch, Datadog, Loki, ClickHouse, Centreon ou Graphite.
  • Bases de données (un plus) : MySQL, MariaDB, SQL Server.
  • Pratique régulière de Claude et prise en main de Claude Code.
  • Notions de création de Skills et de connexion via des serveurs MCP.

🔎 PROCESS DE RECRUTEMENT

  • Entretien Manager (~ 1 h) : Échange avec Pierre Cerne (Core Infrastructure Manager) sur la vision du rôle, les projets et l'organisation de l'équipe.

  • Entretien Fit Équipe (30 min) : Rencontre informelle avec l'équipe
