Pædagog til Nørresø Huset

Vi søger en eller flere engagerede pædagoger til børn- og unge hjemmet Nørresø Huset, som er en del af Døgn og Aflastning under Viborg Kommune. Som pædagog får du ansvaret for at sikre børnenes trivsel og udvikling gennem et tæt samarbejde med både kolleger og forældre. Vores tilgang bygger på mentalisering, og det er en fordel, hvis du har kendskab til metoden KRAP.

Nørresø Husets målgruppe er børn, i alderen 10-18år. De kan for en tid have brug for at bo et andet sted end derhjemme og der findes ikke to børn der er ens og det samme gælder årsagen til, at de for en periode bor på Nørresø Huset.

Primære arbejdsopgaver

  • Sikre børnenes trivsel og udvikling gennem målrettet indsats
  • Indgå i et tæt samarbejde med kolleger, børn og forældre
  • Arbejde struktureret med børns individuelle udviklingsmål
  • Anvende en mentaliserende tilgang i det daglige arbejde
  • Bidrage til dokumentation og medvirke i den daglige praksis

Vores pædagogiske tilgang Hos Døgn og Aflastning tager vi udgangspunkt i børnenes ressourcer og kompetencer. Vi tror på, at der altid er mulighed for at skabe en forandring, som gør en forskel for det enkelte barn. Vores arbejde tager afsæt i en mentaliserende tilgang. Vi arbejder i børnenes hjem, og vi lægger stor vægt på, at rammer og omgivelser føles hjemlige og trygge. Kvalifikationer

  • Relevant pædagogisk uddannelse, gerne med erfaring i arbejde med udsatte børn
  • Udviklingsorienteret og i stand til at planlægge og evaluere indsatser ud fra børnenes handleplaner
  • Motiveret for at lære dokumentation i interne systemer som sofus.dk samt eksternt via ICS-rapporter
  • Evne til tydelig kommunikation, både verbalt og nonverbalt
  • Lyst til at indgå i et tværfagligt personale, hvor barnets perspektiv og behov er i centrum
  • Engageret i samarbejdet med både interne og eksterne samarbejdspartnere som skoler og myndigheder
  • Evne til at reflektere over egen tilgang og være fleksibel i opgaveløsningen
  • Anerkendende, empatisk og rummelig tilgang til andre mennesker
  • Villig til at arbejde i både dag- og aftentimer fordelt på hverdage og op til hver anden weekend
