  • Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

2. Human Resources & Team Management

  • Lead, supervise and manage the administrative team.
  • Oversee recruitment, employee administration, work pass applications and related HR matters.
  • Coordinate payroll, CPF contributions and staff matters with the appointed accountant.

  • Plan and organise holiday camps, overseas training camps, friendly matches, sparring sessions and club activities.
  • Coordinate administrative and logistical arrangements for local and overseas competitions.
  • Work closely with Head Coaches to coordinate coaching resources and training venues.
  • Develop new programmes and initiatives based on student needs and market demand.

Technical coaching and player development remain under the responsibility of the Head Coaches and coaching team.

4. Parent Relations & On-Site Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students and coaches.
  • Conduct regular visits to training venues to monitor operations and engage with parents.
  • Handle parent enquiries, feedback, complaints and operational issues professionally.
  • Improve customer satisfaction, student retention and service standards.
  • Maintain the academy’s professional image and reputation.

5. Financial Oversight & Business Development

  • Monitor revenue, operating expenses and programme profitability.

  • Prepare regular management reports on enrolment, financial and operational performance.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably at least five years of relevant management or operations experience, including team leadership.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Good financial awareness, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Ability to work independently, manage teams and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and general administrative systems.
  • Good command of written and spoken English. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for communicating with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and overseas partners.
  • Willing to travel between training venues and work flexible hours according to operational needs.
  • No badminton coaching qualification is required.

Candidates from education, enrichment, hospitality, retail, sports, event management and other service industries are welcome.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
