Unsere Kunden verlassen sich auf starke Maschinen, innovative Technologien und kompetente Beratung – und genau hier kommst du ins Spiel: Wir suchen einen Verkaufsberater (m/w/d) im Außendienst, der mit Leidenschaft, Fachwissen und Engagement die Landwirtschaft von morgen mitgestaltet.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Vertrieb von landwirtschaftlichen Maschinen
  • Selbständige und aktive Betreuung eines eigenen Verkaufsgebietes
  • Kontaktpflege des Kundenstamms
  • Gezielte Neukundengewinnung
  • Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Fachkundige Beratung unserer Kunden bezüglich Landtechnik und landwirtschaftlicher Maschinen
  • Erstellung von Kalkulationen und Angeboten und Angebotsnachverfolgung
  • Produktvorführungen und Verkauf unseres Produktportfolios
  • Permanente Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse
  • Aktive Marktbearbeitung und Planung der Vertriebsleistung

DEIN PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem kaufmännischen oder technischen Beruf
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker/in, Verkäufer/in, Landwirt/in oder ähnliche Ausbildung im technischen, kaufmännischen oder landwirtschaftlichen Bereich
  • Interesse an Landwirtschaft und –technik
  • Gutes technisches und kaufmännisches Verständnis
  • Du bist vertraut mit unserer Zielgruppe Landwirt und hast optimaler Weise landwirtschaftliche Vorerfahrung
  • Optimalerweise bereits Vertriebserfahrung als Verkaufsberater und technisches Verständnis
  • Kommunikativer und überzeugender Umgang und Spaß am aktiven Kundenkontakt
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicheres Auftreten bei unseren Kunden und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
  • Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit EDV Anwendungen
