Aufgabenbereich

  • Aufbau, Konfiguration und Auslieferung von PCs und Laptops für Endanwender, vor Ort und remote
  • Installation und Einrichtung neuer Arbeitsplätze inklusive Betriebssystem, Standardsoftware und Business Anwendungen
  • Abholung, Austausch und Rücknahme von Hardware im Rahmen von Refresh- und Break/Fix-Prozessen
  • Analyse und Behebung von Hardware- und Softwareproblemen auf Windows-Arbeitsplätzen
  • Unterstützung der Anwender nach Einrichtung und Übergabe der Geräte
  • Bearbeitung von Desk-Side-Supportanfragen und Störungen mit hoher Serviceorientierung
  • Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft (ca. ein- bis zweimal pro Monat)

Requirements

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Desk-Side- oder Vor-Ort-IT-Support
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows, MS Office und gängigen Business-Anwendungen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Troubleshooting-Kompetenz
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein kundenorientiertes Auftreten
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (zwingend erforderlich), Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft, 5 Tage pro Woche vor Ort in Norderstedt zu arbeiten
  • Bereitschaft zur Rufbereitschaft ein- bis zweimal pro Monat
  • Vorlage eines aktuellen Führungszeugnisses
