Check(-in), maar wat ga je dan precies doen? Je gaat aan de slag met de verschillende luchtvaartsystemen, voor zowel onze klanten als voor je collega’s. Beste route, mooiste tarief, aanvullende bagage of speciale services. Jij weet het te realiseren!

  • Je handelt complexe klantvragen af en schakelt waar nodig met leveranciers. Of het nu gaat om een last-minute wijziging, onverwachtse calamiteiten tijdens een reis, of een collega die simpelweg jouw expertise wil. Alle vragen neem je in behandeling en je bent hierin resultaat- en oplossingsgericht;
  • Je biedt ondersteuning aan jouw collega’s m.b.t. ons eigen vluchtenreserveringssysteem en vliegreis gerelateerde vragen. Je volgt en bewaakt de processen voor het correct inboeken/omboeken/wijzigen & annuleren van bestaande reserveringen;
  • Je signaleert verbeterpunten in processen en draagt ideeën aan;
  • Van eenvoudige retourtjes tot complexe (maatwerk)boekingen, jij pakt het graag aan.

  • Je hebt affiniteit of ervaring met de reisbranche;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. Your English is very good as well;
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar: werken in de avond en in het weekend is voor jou geen probleem en je bent bereid om op feestdagen te werken.
