Word jij onze nieuwe Groepsreizen Specialist? Je gaat aan de slag met het omtoveren van klantwensen naar toffe reisvoorstellen en je krijgt alle ruimte om hierin te groeien. Samen met ervaren collega’s maak jij van elke groepsreis een succes!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt voor groepen en incentives en daarmee het visitekaartje van ons bedrijf. Door goed te luisteren naar de wensen van de klant, weet je precies wat nodig is om de perfecte reis samen te stellen — van het eerste contact tot ver na thuiskomst;
  • Je organiseert reizen van A tot Z. Groepsreizen vragen om strakke planning en een scherpe blik. Jij schakelt moeiteloos tussen klant, airline, hotel, transfer en excursiepartner om alles tot in de puntjes te regelen;
  • Jij vertaalt de klantwens moeiteloos naar een onweerstaanbaar reisvoorstel;
  • Jij weet de juiste snaar te raken bij leveranciers en zorgt voor de beste voorwaarden én prijzen. Onderhandelen kun jij als de beste;
  • Jij houdt overzicht, werkt secuur en laat niets aan het toeval over. Jij bent degene die zorgt dat alles klopt, tot in het kleinste detail;
  • Je zoekt de verbinding met je collega’s, denkt mee over commerciële kansen en helpt collega’s in de winkels om leads om te zetten in boekingen.

  • Je bent creatief en ondernemend;
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en bent nauwkeurig;
  • Ervaring in de reisbranche is een pré;
  • Plannen, organiseren en overzicht bewaren kan jij als de beste. De perfectionist in jou houdt van deze structuur en weet dan ook precies waar de prioriteiten liggen;
  • Je bent creatief en commercieel ingesteld en weet klanten van nature te enthousiasmeren;
  • Je bent leergierig en blijft graag up to date over alle nieuwe trends;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed. Spreek je ook een woordje Duits? Dat is een pré;
  • Je weet je weg goed en snel te vinden in verschillende systemen.
