  • Ensure that designs are complete and co-ordinated in a timely manner in line with project programmes.
  • Ensure Contractor compliance with the approved civil designs during the construction phases.
  • Ensure works are designed and phased in a manner which minimises operational disruption and are constructable and cost efficient.
  • Provide input into Value Engineering and cost reduction exercises.
  • Production of design risk assessments and health and safety documents.
  • Preparation of tender requests for the procurement of external consultants and supporting the procurement of civil design services and contractors.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
