The posting

Vi søger en rengøringsmedarbejder til daglig rengøring af primært trapper efter fastlagte rengøringsplaner. Stillingen indebærer også at dække ind ved kollegers fravær, deltage i fællesopgaver og udføre ad hoc-opgaver efter behov.

Du vil referere til den daglige tilsynsførende/ teamleder, der varetager arbejdsledelsen mens den overordnede ledelse varetages af ejendomslederen og dens fravær af ejendomslederassistenten.

Vi forventer, at du:

  • udfører dit arbejde grundigt og selvstændigt
  • følger instruktioner og arbejder efter retningslinjer
  • bidrager positivt til samarbejdet i teamet

Krav og kvalifikationer:

  • Erfaring med rengøringsarbejde er en fordel, men ikke et krav
  • Du er mødestabil, fleksibel og pålidelig
  • Du kan arbejde både selvstændigt og som en del af et team
  • Du er villig til at dække ind for kollegaer ved fravær

Det primære arbejde vil være trapperengøring, rengøring af mindre butikscenter samt toiletter og vaskeri i forbindelse med centret.

Vi tilbyder:

En stilling på 37 timer med en arbejdstid fordelt mandag til torsdag fra kl. 6.00 til 14.00 og fredag fra kl. 6.00 til 11.00 inklusiv betalt frokost. Løn og ansættelsesvilkår er efter rengøringsoverenskomsten med 3F samt du vil få sundhedssikring.
