Dabba søger en passioneret souschef til frokostkøkkenet på Emdrupvej.

Brænder du for at være med til at sætte dit eget præg på menuen, og har du lyst til at lede et velfungerende køkken i samarbejde med en nuværende souschef og køkkenchef?

Som souschef er du køkkenchefens højre hånd og medansvarlig for driften. Du sørger for, at dagens produktion kører optimalt i forhold til smag, anretning og mængder.

Vi søger en souschef, som er uddannet kok eller cater, som kan være med til at varetage ansvaret for den daglige drift.

Du vil indgå i produktionen og have medansvar for dagens produktion, mængder, tilsmagning, varebestilling, varemodtagelse og egenkontrol.

Hos DABBA gør vi tingene lidt anderledes

Vi laver udelukkende portionspakket mad, og vores kunder kan hver dag frit vælge mellem 9 forskellige retter – 4 varme og 5 kolde. I dag leverer vi på nuværende tidspunkt frokost til ca. 1.800 glade og mætte kunder hver dag. Dabba er stadig i vækst, og vi har planer om at udvide endnu mere.

  • Er faglært kok eller cater
  • Har erfaring som souschef
  • Elsker at lave mad fra bunden
  • Tager ejerskab over sit parti og går op i detaljen
  • Har erfaring med mængder og varebestilling
  • Har kendskab til egenkontrol
  • Er en ildsjæl, som elsker at udvikle frokosten til det endnu bedre
  • Er kreativ, idérig og proaktiv
  • Er god til at samarbejde og sparre med køkkenchefen og nuværende souschef
  • Drives af at udvikle personale
  • Har sans for detaljerne og går op i anretningen af maden
  • Har god ordenssans og overblik
  • Trives i et køkken med højt tempo og mange kuverter
