Aufgaben:

* Kundenbetreuung im nationalen und internationalen Stückgutverkehr

* Telefonische und schriftliche Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen

* Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Schadensfällen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Bereichen, Dispositionen und europäischen Niederlassungen

* Bearbeitung und Koordination von Eingangssendungen

* Überwachung und Nachverfolgung von Zustellungen sowie Sendungsverfolgung

* Betreuung von Ausgangssendungen sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Transportablaufs

Qualifikationen:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder speditionelle Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich Transport, Logistik oder Customer Service

* Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau: C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (Niveau: B1)

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

Die Vergütung erfolgt auf Basis des Kollektivvertrags mit Überzahlung auf Grundlage von Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle beträgt derzeit 2.352,50 Euro brutto pro Monat bei einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung inklusive 10 Stunden mit 227,70 Euro brutto pro Monat.
