About the Role

Our client is a technology-forward organisation leveraging Microsoft 365 and AI-driven tools to modernise and streamline internal business operations. This role exists to design and deliver

low-code workflow automation

solutions that improve operational efficiency across procurement and contract management functions. You will work at the intersection of technology and business process improvement, translating complex operational requirements into practical, scalable digital solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically hands-on consultant who enjoys solving real-world business challenges through modern, accessible technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to support end-to-end business processes
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint Online sites and Microsoft 365 integrations to enable seamless data management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Incorporate AI-assisted features into low-code solutions to enhance process intelligence and reduce manual effort
  • Own the full project lifecycle of automation initiatives, from requirements gathering through to testing, deployment, and user adoption
  • Manage project tracking systems and generate regular operational reports for stakeholder review
  • Liaise with internal business units and external vendors to document procurement workflows, tender requirements, and contract lifecycle stages
  • Support continuous improvement of ICT procurement processes by identifying automation opportunities and recommending digital solutions
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, process flows, and technical specifications

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in low-code development, Microsoft 365 integration, or ICT procurement and vendor management
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Excel Power Query for data tracking and workflow management
  • Working knowledge of ICT procurement workflows, tender documentation, and contract lifecycle management processes
  • Familiarity with public sector procurement frameworks or statutory procurement guidelines (is a bonus)
  • AI-related training, certification, or demonstrated experience applying AI tools within business process automation (is a bonus)
