The posting

Function

Voor onze klant regio Zeebrugge zijn we op zoek naar een gatebediende die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor het uitvoeren van alle administratieve taken met betrekking tot het laden en lossen van wagens op en af vrachtwagens.

De functie omvat ook het fungeren als loketbediende en het verwelkomen en assisteren van chauffeurs aan de gate.

  • Ontvangen en controleren van documenten van chauffeurs en alle gegevens correct invoeren in het systeem.
  • CMR’s en douanedocumenten ordelijk archiveren. Kennis van de gebruikte afkortingen en flows per kaai.
  • Chauffeurs een parkeerplaats toewijzen en aanmelden voor schadecontrole en scanning.
  • Correct registreren van bijrijders, privépersonen en depannagediensten die zich op de terminal moeten bevinden.
  • Communicatie onderhouden met collega’s op de terminal voor het scannen van voertuigen en het vaststellen van eventuele schades.
  • Chauffeurs informeren over de locatie van op te halen voertuigen.
  • Controleren van ladingen op status in ons TOS-systeem. CMR’s en andere bijbehorende documenten vervolledigen, controleren en correct klasseren.
  • Chauffeurs voorzien van de noodzakelijke documenten.
  • Administratieve afhandeling van de ladingen: aanmaken van ladingen, controleren van correct geladen voertuigen en uitschrijven in het systeem.

Requirements

  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans, kennis van Engels en/of Duits is mooi meegenomen
  • Je bent een communicatief en vriendelijk persoon aan de telefoon
  • Je bent op korte termijn beschikbaar
  • PC: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ervaring in de logsitieke sector is een pluspunt
