Ben jij technisch aangelegd, werk je graag nauwkeurig en zoek je een vaste job in een innovatieve productieomgeving? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Ons bedrijf ontwikkelt innovatieve dunne filmcoatings die wereldwijd worden toegepast in energiezuinig glas, displays, zonnepanelen en thin-film batterijen. Ter versterking van het productieteam zoeken we een operator afwerking/coating in een 3-ploegenstelsel.

Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de afwerking en kwaliteitscontrole van metalen en keramische werkstukken. Je combineert technisch inzicht met precisiewerk en zorgt ervoor dat elk product aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen voldoet.

  • Assembleren van targets waarop later een metalen of keramische coating wordt aangebracht.
  • Bedienen en instellen van de straalinstallatie voor het aanbrengen van een kwalitatieve basislaag.
  • Storingen aan de installatie opsporen en zelfstandig oplossen.
  • Afwerken van werkstukken door polijsten en conventioneel draaien van lange metalen en keramische profielen (tot 5 meter).
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles met onder andere schuifmaten en technische meetinstrumenten.
  • Registreren van meetgegevens in het MES-systeem en zorgen voor een correcte administratie.
  • Rapporteren van afwijkingen aan de supervisor kwaliteitscontrole.
  • Verpakken en verwerken van afgewerkte producten.
  • A2-diploma in een technische richting (mechanica, werktuigbouwkunde, elektromechanica...) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Sterk mechanisch inzicht en ervaring met het lezen van technische tekeningen.
  • Nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en probleemoplossend ingesteld.
  • Vlot werken met computers (Excel, MES en ERP).
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en/of Engels.
  • Bereid om in een 3-ploegenstelsel te werken. Vroege ploeg: 06:00 – 14:15 Late ploeg: 14:00 – 22:15 Nachtploeg: 22:00 – 06:15
