The posting

Your responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for operating and monitoring an automated packaging and production line within the plastics processing industry.
  • You ensure the correct machine settings and monitor the production process.
  • You carry out quality checks on manufactured plastic components and ensure that finished products meet the required quality standards.
  • You identify machine malfunctions or production irregularities and try to resolve them independently whenever possible.
  • You ensure the correct supply and removal of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished goods.
  • You perform additional production tasks, such as inspecting, sorting and packaging plastic products.
  • You register production data and process the necessary information using a scanning system.

Your profile:

  • Previous experience as a production worker or machine operator in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
  • An interest in plastics processing, machine operation or technical production processes is a plus.
  • You have technical insight and are comfortable working with machinery and production equipment.
  • You are not afraid of physically demanding work.
  • You will mainly work day shifts, but you are flexible enough to occasionally work in a two-shift system.
  • You work accurately and have an eye for detail, finishing and quality.
  • You are comfortable using a computer or scanning system and have basic administrative skills.
