Social- og sundhedshjælper til udekørende team søges Er du fagligt stolt, og sætter du en ære i at skabe tryghed og øget livskvalitet for den enkelte borger i hjemmeplejen? Er du uddannet social- og sundhedshjælper med mod på masser af faglige udfordringer og en varieret arbejdsdag? Så har vi jobbet til dig!

Vi søger en ny kollega i Hjemmeplejen Favrskov Øst med mødested i Hadsten. Der er tale om en fast fuldtidsstilling med start 1. januar 2027 eller efter aftale. Du vil komme til at arbejde i to vagtlag, dvs. dag- og aftenvagt eller dag- og nattevagt. Derudover skal du forvente weekendarbejde hver tredje weekend.

Om arbejdspladsen: Vi lægger stor vægt på det tværfaglige samarbejde omkring borgerne og er organiseret i 3 faste teams bestående af både sygeplejersker, social- og sundhedsassistenter, social- og sundhedshjælpere samt ufaglærte. Vi arbejder med helhedspleje og velfærdsteknologi og altid med et rehabiliterende og vedligeholdende sigte. Derudover har vi et stort fokus på at opretholde og udvikle vores gode arbejdsmiljø - her er alle fælles om at skabe en god og dynamisk arbejdsplads.
