Du skal være glad for arbejdet med børn have og have lyst til at samarbejde med forældre, om det bedste de har. Du skal være god til at administrere og planlægge din arbejdsdag, så du tilgodeser det enkelte barn og hele børnegruppe. Dette samtidig med, at du arbejder med lærerplaner og reflekterer over dit pædagogiske arbejde.

Har du en interesse i / erfaring med pædagogisk arbejde, så vil vi meget gerne i kontakt med dig.

Om dig Du er god til at skabe en hverdag for børnene og dig selv, hvor værdierne tager udgangspunkt i nærvær, engagement og mangfoldighed. Du skal have mod og vilje til at arbejde med dig selv og du skal i samarbejde med forældrene og dagplejekonsulenterne skabe optimale læringsmiljøer for børnenes trivsel, læring og udvikling.

Du skal have en bolig som kan godkendes og lyst til, at dit hjem også er din arbejdsplads.

Opgaven Kerneopgaven i Dagplejen er, at vi sammen med forældrene understøtter alle muligheder for, at børnene mestrer det liv de har nu og i fremtiden. Derfor skal du i din ansøgning give os nogle bud på, hvordan du kan bidrage til at løse kerneopgaven.
