Wir gestalten die Alltagsgestaltung / Aktivierung neu und bilden dazu ein neues Team, welches primär auf den Wohngruppen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Pflegeteams Angebote in Alltagsgestaltung / Aktivierung plant und umsetzt. Somit suchen wir 1 \- 3 neue Kolleginnen/Kollegen (je nach Pensum) mit Freude und Engagement als

Mitarbeiter/in Alltagsgestaltung/Aktivierung (30 \- 80%)

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

Planung, Organisation und Durchführen von Alltags\-, Freizeits\- und Aktivierungsangeboten auf den Wohngruppen sowie Mitorganisation / Mithilfe bei Anlässen des dahay

Berücksichtigung der Interessen, Fähigkeiten und Selbstbestimmung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner in Koordination mit den zuständigen Bezugspersonen des Pflege\- und Betreuungsteams der Wohngruppe

Mitverantwortung für die korrekte Führung der elektronischen Pflegedokumentation

Ressourcenorientierte Unterstützung von Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern

Ihr Profil:

  • Mind. Basisausbildung als Fachfrau / Fachmann für Alltagsgestaltung und Aktivierung oder gleichwertig
  • 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung (von Vorteil)
  • Hohe Sozial\-, Methoden\- und Fachkompetenz
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit älteren Menschen
