Du möchtest anspruchsvolle Ladeinfrastrukturprojekte leiten und die Zukunft der Elektromobilität aktiv mitgestalten? Dann haben wir genau das Richtige für Dich. Als Projektleiter e\-Infrastruktur (m/w/d) übernimmst Du komplexe E\-Infrastrukturprojekte nach der Übergabe durch den Vertrieb und führst sie erfolgreich bis zum Projektabschluss. Die Position kann schweizweit ausgeübt werden, mit regelmässigen Reisen zu Kunden und Projektstandorten innerhalb der Schweiz.

Projektleiter/in E\-Infrastruktur (w/m/d) =========================================

Im Einzelnen bedeutet das:

  • Du planst und steuerst die Umsetzung komplexer E\-Infrastrukturprojekte nach der Übergabe durch den Vertrieb.
  • Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Kunden, internen Fachbereichen, Behörden, Netzbetreibern und Subunternehmern und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Projektablauf
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualitätszielen sicher und steuerst Projektrisiken proaktiv
  • Du bist während der gesamten Projektumsetzung der zentrale Ansprechpartner für den Kunden
  • Du leitest auch komplexe Infrastrukturprojekte
  • Du übernimmst bei den jeweiligen laufenden Projekten die zentrale Ansprechfunktion für die Materialbewirtschaftung
  • Du unterstützt die Kollegen eSystem Manager in der Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Steuerung technischer Projekte, idealerweise in den Bereichen Ladeinfrastruktur, Energieversorgung oder Bau
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium mit einer Weiter\- oder Ausbildung in Elektro\-, Energie oder vergleichbarer Technik
  • Kenntnisse in Elektromobilität, Ladeinfrastruktur oder technischer Infrastruktur
  • Erfahrung im Stakeholder\-Management und in der Koordination verschiedener Projektbeteiligter
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationsgeschick und sicheres Priorisieren mehrerer Projekte
  • Souveränes Auftreten und stilsichere Kommunikation mit Fachpersonen und Kunden.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigenverantwortung und Freude an einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und ösischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und Organisationsstärke
