Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Schlieren suchen wir einen Product Manager Services \& Systems.

Product Manager Services \& Systems, 100% (m/w)

Deine Aufgaben* beinhalten unter anderem die *Betreuung der Systeme und Applikationen im After Sales

  • Koordination / Administration der Systeme und Applikationen im After Sales für MB Truck, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem entsprechenden Bereich (Technik, IT, Retail, ...)
  • Ansprechpartner gegenüber dem Headquarter für die After Sales\-Systeme und Sicherstellung der notwendigen Kommunikation gegenüber dem Retail und den freien Werkstätten
  • Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Datenqualität und Aktualisierung der entsprechenden Systeme
  • Einführung von neuen Systemen/Applikationen begleiten

Zusätzlich arbeitest du an der Weiterentwicklung der strategischen Ausrichtung des Produktmanagement CSP\-Services mit:

  • Weiterentwicklung von Betreuungs\- und Steuerungskonzepte vom Retail
  • Unterstützung in den Themen Wartungsvertrag, Pannendienst Administration und Digitale Dienste

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung, bestenfalls mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung
  • Analytische, vernetzte und lösungsorientierte Denk\- und Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Excel Kenntnisse und hohe Affinität zu Zahlen, Analysen und IT\-Systemen
  • Erfahrung in der Automobil\-/Nutzfahrzeug\-Branche oder im After\-Sales Bereich von Vorteil
  • Sprachen Deutsch und Englisch fliessend, Französisch von Vorteil
