Responsibilities

WAS DICH ERWARTET

  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden zu allen Themen und Leistungen des Mietgeschäftes LKW (CharterWay & SpecialTrucks)
  • Vertragliche Abwicklung von Miet-/Benutzungsverträgen (Beratung, Angebotserstellung, Vertragsschluss, Vertragspflege)
  • Abwicklung von Kreditversicherungen
  • Fahrzeugübergaben und –rücknahmen durchführen inkl. Durchführung von technischen Durchsichten
  • Festlegung der Umfänge zu Kundendienst- und Reparaturarbeiten sowie Erstellung von Reparaturaufträgen für die Flotte CharterWay
  • Bei der Marktbearbeitung/-beobachtung und Kundenakquisition mitwirken und Potentiale optimal ausschöpfen
  • Systematische Betreuung von Bestandskunden

Qualifications

DESHALB PASST DU ZU UNS

  • Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
  • Du verfügst über verkäuferisches Talent / Vertriebsaffinität
  • Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kontaktfähigkeit sowie hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Du bringst eine selbständige, kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise mit
  • Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Leistungsbereitschaft, Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Du verfügst über gute Produktkenntnisse in Bezug auf Mercedes-Benz Trucks
