Responsibilities

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Sous la responsabilité du responsable de production, votre rôle sera de préparer et traiter les surfaces à peindre des cabines en aluminium.

Missions principales:

  • Préparer les travaux de peinture
  • Identifier la nature du traitement de surface pour déterminer la technique de peinture/préparation à appliquer
  • Déposer et remonter les éléments à peindre
  • Préparer et traiter les surfaces à peindre (décapage, ponçage, polissage, etc.)
  • Préparer le produit (quantité, teinte, mélange, etc.) et régler l’équipement d’application
  • Appliquer l’apprêt, poncer et appliquer la peinture
  • Effectuer un auto-contrôle du résultat des travaux de peinture selon les instructions qualité et corriger les non-conformités (réaliser les retouches, reprises de finition nécessaires)
  • Participer à l’optimisation des processus de peinture

  • Savoir lire des plans de montages et se conformer à des standards de production.
  • Savoir manipuler les appareils et outils de mesure liés au métier.
  • Maîtriser des techniques et des outils de ponçage et d’application des peintures.
  • CAP-BEP / Bac Pro Peinture carrosserie industrielle ou expérience équivalente.
