Mit der ständigen Weiterentwicklung unseres Customer Relationship Management Tools warten immer neue und spannende Aufgaben auf Dich. Auch beim Projekt Sales 3.0 kannst du unser Team bei den Themen rund um unser Kundenportal tatkräftig unterstützen. Hierbei bist Du von der Konzeption über die Entwicklung bis hin zur Umsetzung der Projekte dabei. Durch die vielen Schnittstellen, zum Beispiel zur IT oder zum After Sales, lernst du dabei viele unterschiedliche Kollegen auch aus unseren europäischen Tochtergesellschaften kennen.

Responsibilities

WAS DICH ERWARTET

  • Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung der Projektthemen und ad-hoc anfallenden Aufgaben zur ständigen Weiterentwicklung unseres CRM-Tools
  • Abstimmung der Weiterentwicklungen und Betreuung der Kollegen aus der Zentrale und den europäischen Tochtergesellschaften
  • Organisation und Kommunikation diverser Veranstaltungen
  • Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen

Qualifications

DESHALB PASST DU ZU UNS

  • Studiengang Wirtschaftsinformatik, Information Management Automotive, Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Analytische Denkweise und strategische Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
