Responsabilidades:

  • Recrutar, selecionar e treinar novos profissionais para compor as equipes de vendas;
  • Supervisionar os processos de vendas;
  • Liderar equipes de representantes, fazendo a interface entre equipe, mercado e empresa;
  • Acompanhar o trabalho do representante em rota, otimizar roteiros de vendas e fornecer feedbacks constantes;
  • Identificar oportunidades de vendas, criando planos de ação para alcançar os objetivos organizacionais;
  • Monitorar diariamente os indicadores de vendas e promover ajustes para atingir as metas;
  • Acompanhar a movimentação da concorrência e reportar informações estratégicas à gerência de vendas;
  • Elaborar relatórios semanais sobre a situação do mercado e propor ações para fortalecer a participação da E+ Smart Energy;
  • Garantir uma postura ética e profissional no relacionamento com clientes e no mercado em geral;
  • Participar de eventos e feiras que agreguem valor ao negócio;
  • Desenvolver o mercado, expandindo volume e aumentando os pontos atendidos.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Marketing ou áreas afins;
  • Conhecimento avançado em Pacote Office;
  • Carteira de Habilitação categoria B;
  • Veículo próprio.
