Voor een dynamisch bedrijf in de vissector zijn wij op zoek naar een meewerkende dag verantwoordelijke die de dagelijkse productie in goede banen leidt en een team motiveert om samen de beste resultaten neer te zetten.

Jouw functie

Als Dagverantwoordelijke ben jij de spil tussen aankoop, verkoop en de werkvloer. Je bent dagelijks aanwezig in de productie en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot, efficiënt en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen verloopt.

Jouw taken

  • Dagelijks aansturen, begeleiden en instrueren van productiearbeiders, fileerders en inpakkers
  • Opvolgen van de productieplanning en bewaken van de voortgang
  • Toezien op het rendement en de kwaliteit van het fileerproces
  • Waken over een correcte naleving van de hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Waarborgen van de productkwaliteit
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt tussen aankoop, verkoop en productie
  • Voorraadbeheer en stockopvolging
  • Actief meehelpen op de werkvloer waar nodig
  • Problemen signaleren en snel oplossen om de continuïteit van de productie te garanderen

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je beschikt over een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs
  • Je hebt leidinggevende kwaliteiten en weet mensen te motiveren
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en werkt resultaatgericht
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
  • Kennis van Frans en Engels is een grote troef gezien de diversiteit op de werkvloer
  • Ervaring binnen de vissector is een zeer grote plus
  • Je hebt oog voor detail, kwaliteit en rendement
  • Je bent flexibel en voelt je thuis in een dynamische productieomgeving

Uurrooster

  • 38 uren per week
  • Maandag tot en met vrijdag
  • Vroege opstart rond 4u à 5u 's morgens
